Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This apart-hotel is notably recognized for its strategic location near the La Défense Arena and business district, making it a convenient choice for concert-goers and business travelers. Many guests appreciate the apartment-style rooms, which are particularly suitable for families seeking more space. However, a recurring theme in reviews highlights that the hotel's facilities and rooms are significantly dated and worn, often requiring urgent renovation. While some guests found the staff helpful, numerous others reported issues with slow and unapproachable service at the front desk. Cleanliness also received mixed feedback, with many noting rooms were not adequately maintained. The breakfast is generally well-regarded, though some found the dining area crowded. A significant point of contention for many guests is the hotel's policy of charging a substantial deposit upon arrival, which can be difficult and slow to refund. To ensure a smoother experience, it is advisable to confirm your room's readiness upon arrival and clarify the deposit refund process.
