Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
A central city base for travelers seeking urban exploration.
This property serves as a practical hub for sightseers drawn to the city’s vibrant energy. Central Santiago sits alongside a rooftop swimming pool, offering guests a prime location for exploration paired with high-altitude relaxation. The notably comfortable beds provide a restful retreat after a day of sightseeing; guests looking for extra space should consider requesting the split-level units for a more open layout. While the staff is often praised for their professional demeanor, the lack of on-site dining and minimal kitchen supplies require guests to plan for self-sufficient meals.
Some guests mentioned: street noise, inconsistent communication, lack of air conditioning.
