Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews
A convenient Wisconsin Dells base for families and travelers.
This property serves as a practical hub for sightseers and families seeking a central home base. The hotel sits in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells, pairing its prime location with a well-equipped indoor pool and sauna. Guests frequently praise the tasty waffles at the breakfast buffet, and those staying two nights or longer should inquire about the complimentary water park tickets to maximize their visit. While the property offers many conveniences, the overall experience remains varied due to inconsistent maintenance and service standards across the facility.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent service, musty room odors, small bathrooms.
