Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is highly regarded for its unbeatable location near major universities and medical centers, making it a prime choice for college visitors, medical visitors, and event attendees. While many guests praise the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, the hotel's overall condition is frequently described as dated, with some rooms needing significant updates. A recurring point of concern is the valet-only parking, which is often cited as expensive and inconvenient. To ensure a smooth stay, guests should be prepared for the parking situation and note the hotel's specific housekeeping policy.
