A few nice perks.

A number of people have appreciated that this property has a nice heated pool area, beautifully landscaped grounds and is also in close proximity to the beach. People who enjoy spending time in the water will probably love staying at this hotel.

Great and central location.

This hotel is close to many area attractions and points of interest, including the beach, restaurants and shopping centers, factors which guests have appreciated. If you love to shop, this is an ideal base from which to explore Naples.

You most likely will be treated with kindness during your stay here. Staff members have been said to be very efficient and friendly.

Negative Reviews

Could use some TLC.

It has been mentioned that the hotel and rooms could use a bit of updating. One of the main issues - several people said the carpeting in the rooms is old, dirty and should definitely be replaced soon.

Noise control may be needed.

There have been a few negative remarks about noisy air conditioners. Other people said they had problems with being able to hear guests in other rooms into the late hours of the night.

A few other random complaints from visitors.

Though complaints have been limited, several people mentioned that the bathrooms in rooms were a little too small and there were some drainage issues with bathtubs. Other people mentioned clogged toilets, ants in the room and encountering musty smells. One guest was not happy that plastic silverware was provided at breakfast.
