Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews
A sprawling, activity-packed resort for active families.
This expansive property caters to families seeking a high-energy getaway centered around its vibrant water park and extensive aquatic facilities. The resort’s shuttle service provides essential connectivity across the grounds, while the buffet restaurant serves as a reliable hub for daily dining. Guests often praise the à la carte restaurants for their quality, and those seeking a more refined experience should prioritize securing these specialty reservations early in their stay. While the spacious, clean rooms offer a comfortable base, the overall guest experience remains varied due to inconsistent service and aging infrastructure.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent service, outdated decor, crowded beach areas.
