Kyffhäuserhotel "Goldene Aue"

A practical base for sightseers near regional landmarks.

This property serves as a functional stopover for travelers seeking a no-frills, self-contained stay. The Sangerhausen train station sits alongside ample on-site parking, ensuring convenient access for both rail and road commuters. Guests consistently praise the attentive service provided by the team, and those looking for a hearty start to the day should prioritize the breakfast buffet, which features high-quality locally sourced meats. While the rooms are spacious, travelers sensitive to sound may prefer requesting a unit away from common areas to mitigate the building's limited acoustic insulation.

Some guests mentioned: unreliable wireless internet, dated interior furnishings, inconsistent maintenance.
