Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is particularly noted for its spacious suites, which feature a separate living area, providing ample room for guests and making it an excellent choice for families seeking comfort and space, as well as business travelers on extended assignments. It also serves as a convenient base for event attendees due to its location. Guests frequently commend the generally friendly and professional staff, and the complimentary breakfast often receives positive remarks for its variety. However, a recurring concern is the significant noise transfer between rooms due to thin walls, which can impact sleep quality. Additionally, some guests have experienced issues with hot water availability and the overall dated appearance of certain room furnishings. To enhance your stay, consider requesting a top floor room to minimize noise disturbances from above, and be prepared for potential inconsistencies with hot water.
