Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
A functional urban base for travelers exploring the city.
This property serves as a practical hub for sightseers and business travelers seeking a straightforward stay in the heart of the city. The hotel sits alongside the Atanasio Girardot Sports Complex and is rounded out by a co-working space for professional needs. Guests often appreciate the diverse fruit selection at the on-site restaurant, and those prioritizing extra space may want to inquire about potential room upgrades upon check-in. While the experience is generally tidy, the compact guest rooms and inconsistent service levels remain central to the guest narrative.
Some guests mentioned: reception staff, mattress firmness, inconsistent service.
