The hotel is situated within close distance to popular tourist attractions. There is convenient access to the city centre. Guests are within easy reach of La Praille shopping mall and directly next to the Geneva Football Stadium. Guests can reach the centre by foot, car, bus, train or tram. However is it carefully tucked away from the hectic hustle of the city centre. The location is ideal for guests looking to visit the Stade de Geneve stadium for a football match. Attached to the mall is a supermarket for your added convenience.

The hotel rooms are kept in clean and tidy condition. The bathrooms are very fresh looking. The rooms feel massive and are complete with coffee, tea, large television with very large and comfortable beds. These accommodations are perfect for an overnight stay. The cleanliness standards are held very high in the hotel rooms, previous guests were pleased with the pristine Swiss hygiene conditions.

The Ramada Encore Geneva staff is very welcoming and helpful from the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out. Hospitality is a top priority for the entire service staff. They are committed to making your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. They are more than happy to provide information about the local area and ways to access the city centre.

Despite rave reviews from the food served at the Hub restaurant, several guests felt there was a lack of variety at the breakfast buffet.

Guests are allowed access to a the fitness centre adjacent to the nearby shopping centre, some felt the fees were too expensive. Some guests felt the accommodations and hotel tariffs were overpriced for the quality of amenities offered.

Some guests were inconvenienced by nearby properties and the hours of the hotel restaurant, which all seems to close rather early around 7:00 in the evening. This made it difficult for some guests to eat late at night.
