Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
A practical, budget-friendly base for travelers exploring Madrid.
This hotel serves as a functional stopover for budget-conscious travelers seeking a quiet, well-connected home base. The property sits alongside the Madrid city center transit network and is rounded out by a 24-hour reception for added convenience. Guests often praise the on-site restaurant for its flavorful, high-value dining, and those traveling by vehicle may find the private parking a helpful, albeit paid, addition to their stay. While the staff’s cordial attitude is frequently noted, the overall infrastructure remains dated and in need of significant maintenance updates.
Some guests mentioned: thin walls, inconsistent climate control, check-in delays.
