Review summary
Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews
This hotel offers a tranquil retreat, particularly noted for its exceptional French cuisine and a hot spring experience that provides deep relaxation. Its signature feature is the unique combination of a high-quality culinary journey, often unexpected at an onsen hotel, with the traditional Japanese hot spring. This makes it an ideal destination for couples seeking a romantic getaway, friends on a relaxing day trip, and business travelers looking for a quiet escape after work. While the building shows its age, guests frequently commend its overall cleanliness and the attentive service from many staff members. To enhance your stay, consider indulging in the French dinner course, which is a consistent highlight, and be prepared for the hot spring water, which many find intensely warming.
